Chavi is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach at SRF. She comes from an academic
background in biological sciences and chemistry, which deepens her understanding of
how the body works and how nutrition impacts overall health.
Two years ago, Chavi embraced a whole-food–based lifestyle and experienced
firsthand how powerfully nutrition can transform energy, confidence, and overall well-
being. She believes that food is medicine, and when combined with movement and
supportive habits, it becomes a foundation for long-term, sustainable change.
